The wine bank \u2014 located at the University of Gastronomic Sciences \u2014 champions Italian wine, with over 100,000 bottles stored in the facility. The bank provides guided tours and tastings, often led by students from the University of GS \u2014 an institution which champions the \u2018Slow Food\u2019 movement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
