Make a list of \u2018non-negotiable\u2019 requirements<\/b><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Everyone has something that will make-or-break a holiday. It might be as simple as needing a high chair for your one year old, or a bit more complex \u2014 i.e. you simply won\u2019t stay anywhere that doesn\u2019t have it\u2019s own built-in wine cellar! Whatever it is, write down your requirements (perhaps split into \u2018essential\u2019 and \u2018desirable\u2019, if you so wish) so that you know exactly what you\u2019re looking for. It might help to envisage your holiday and what it entails \u2014 do you see yourself relaxing by a pool, playing tennis, hosting BBQs, or relaxing in the hot tub?
