This is a 3 bedroom apartment in Stresa, newly renovated and enjoying access to a small private beach area. The property offers exceptional value for money and was newly renovated and furnished in 2015. It enjoys stunning lake views.
Guests enter the property into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This has windows looking out over the lake road to the beautiful Lake Maggiore. There is a sofa bed in this room if required. Moving through the apartment, there are three bedrooms, all of which can be arranged as twin or double rooms. One of the bedrooms enjoys the lake views to the front whilst the other bedrooms face the rear of the property. Outside, the property has a private garden area to the rear of the apartment. Across the road from the apartment is a small beach area with private steps down where guests can sunbathe and enjoy a refreshing swim in the beautifully clear lake waters. Please note that the apartment is situated directly on the main lake road and so some traffic noise may be heard in the property when the windows are open.

The residence is located in Stresa. This is a popular and bustling lakeside town. Boats go regularly from here to all the other towns and villages on the lake. Stresa also has a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy. It is also a short distance from Lesa, a lakeside town with a range of amenities on offer including shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a beautiful lakeside promenade. A short walk from the centre of the town is the Sporting Club of Lesa, which boasts an Olympic size swimming pool with diving boards, snack bar, tennis courts and a fitness area.
A note from Jo
We think this apartment offers exceptional value for money at less than u00a320 per head per night even in peak season if at maximum occupancy. It's also well located to get into the popular lakeside town of Stresa.
