This Lake Lugano apartment is within a 5 minute walk of the ferry boat landing. The location really doesn't get any better than this and the views from the apartment are stunning. The property itself has been furnished to a good standard and is well equipped. The apartment has wonderful high ceilings, with old structural arches framing the fabulous bay windows that look out over the lake. Bright and airy, it boasts a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and open plan living and dining area. The living area has a sofa allowing the property to sleep up to 3 guests in total. (Please note that this is not a sofa bed but guests are welcome to use the sofa should they wish to as it is quite wide). Doors lead from the living area to a private balcony, equipped with table and chairs. Located just 5 minutes from the Swiss border, the property is an ideal location for those who plan to do some sightseeing during their stay. It's just an hour from Milan and 15 minutes from Lugano. Within a 30 minute drive you can even be on the shores of Lake Como.
