Surrounded by the charm and peace of Le Marche's countryside is the beautiful Casa Melograno, a villa divided into two apartments. One of them is Ponente, an elegant 3 bedroom apartment decorated in a country chic style.
This country house is located in a charming area, not far from some typical Marche villages and towns, but close enough to enjoy a day trip to the seaside as well. The owners have renovated it and while preserving it as a traditional country house on the outside, they have transformed it in a comfortable modern villa inside, with pieces of design mixed with historical objects in order to give the property an unmistakable character. Casa Melograno is divided into two apartments that share the outdoor areas. One of them is Apartment Ponente. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen, a laundry and a bathroom with bath. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a French size double bed and 2 other double bedrooms. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower. Outside there is a beautiful pergola equipped with tables for eating outside surrounded by nature and while enjoying a breath taking view over the charming landscape. There is also a swimming pool and plenty of loungers, chairs, armchairs and parasols.
Apartment Ponente is the perfect choice not only for those looking for some privacy and relaxation, but also for those who would like to discover the most authentic part of this corner of Italy. Not far from here there are charming Medieval villages like Monteguiduccio, just 8 minutes away, Montefelcino, 12 minutes away, and Mombaroccio, 20 minutes away. During the summer, form mid July to mid August, the village of Montefelcino also hosts the traditional Market of the Feudal Lord, an historical market with curiosities, vintage objects and street food... what better way to experience authentic Italy? Moreover, Casa Melograno is in a strategic position, since it is halfway between the Appennine mountains with their natural parks and trails and the seaside with the famous towns of Pesaro and Fano. The inland hides precious gems like the town of Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and birthplace of the famous painter Raphael, and the Furlo Gorge, a place of history and unspoilt nature.
