The villa is divided into two floors and is furnished in a modern country chic style, surrounded by a wide garden with pool. On the ground floor is a big living room with a comfortable sofa and a TV, connected to a dining room with a big table with chairs and a fireplace and with direct access to the garden. Next to the dining room is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with professional furnishings and appliances including an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large refrigerator. On the same floor a hallway leads to a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a big bathroom with shower. This bathroom has been adapted for those with restricted mobility. On the first floor is a single bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds as well as two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. On the same floor is also another big double bedroom with en suite bathroom. A baby cot can be provided on request. In front of the house is a big terrace equipped with a large dining table, BBQ and pizza oven, the perfect place for eating outside while enjoying a spectacular view over the charming countryside! Outside the villa there are also comfortable sofas and seating areas as well as a large pool with a jacuzzi. There are plenty of umbrellas and sun beds.
Casa Bartoccio is just 5 minutes away from the town of Fermignano, where you will find supermarkets (the closest one is Conad Superstore) and restaurants like Pizzeria da Lola. The town is the birthplace of the famous Renaissance architect and painter Bramante and it is known as one of the most picturesque towns of the area, home of the Palio della Rana, a historical re-enactment and festival that takes place every April. Fermignano is just 5 minutes away from Urbino, the famous Renaissance town included on the UNESCO World Heritage List and birthplace of painter Raphael. All in all, this area is perfect for all art lovers.
