Villa Panorama is a large villa sleeping up to 30 guests. The property is divided into 6 separate apartments, all of which are furnished in a modern contemporary style. The property is situated just a few hundred metres from the centre of the village of Tavullia with it's labyrinth of narrow streets.
Four of the apartments have their own private entrances. The last two apartments - Il Tondo and Il Rosso - are located on the second floor of the building and share a staircase. On the ground floor of the building is a large kitchen and living area, the perfect spot for everyone to spend time together. There is also a laundry room on this floor. Each apartment is bright and spacious and each has it's own private terrace with lovely views over the hills and towards the sea. All have large open plan living, dining and kitchen areas and the decor throughout is tasteful and modern. Outside, there is a private swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful area equipped with loungers and outdoor furniture, the perfect spot to spend lazy days in the sunshine. The garden is fully fenced.
The villa is located in a residential area in the village of Belvedere Fogliense. It enjoys wonderful 360 degree views from the Montefeltro hills to the Adriatic Sea and the coastline of Riccione, Cattolica and Pesaro.
