It offers guests the most incredible, breathtaking views along the coast as well as private access to a pebbled beach and the sea below. This truly is a unique property and the perfect place to relax and unwind in an extremely luxurious and idyllic setting.
Inside, the accommodation in this Tuscany beach villa is laid out over three levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace. A balcony leads from this room overlooking the sea.
There are four beautiful bedrooms in this Tuscany beach villa. Three of these bedrooms are on the ground floor and have doors leading out onto sea-facing lawns. Two are double bedrooms (one of which has an ensuite bathroom) whilst the third is a single bedroom with bathroom. There is also a family bathroom on this floor with bath tub. Also on this floor is a stylish kitchen and living area.
On the first floor, there is a second living room enjoying access to another outdoor terrace overlooking thenTuscan archipelago.
The fourth bedroom is on the second floor at the top of the tower and enjoys panoramic views along the Tuscany coastline. It is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and an additional single bed. The interior of this Tuscany beach villa is decorated in a modern, contemporary and minimalist style throughout which is a fantastic contrast against the age and character of the building itself.
Outside, there are landscaped lawns for guests to enjoy as well as a number of terrace areas, a couple of which are ideal for al fresco dining. There are also two rooftop terraces, one of which is on the very top of the watchtower itself. There is also a BBQ for those who like to eat outside. This Tuscany beach villa is set in 50 hectares of land in total and is set within the idyllic Maremma national park, giving guests complete peace and privacy.
A small path leads down to the pebbled beach and private sea access. There are 50 steps to reach the cliffs below and then it's 500 metres from here to the beach. If you want to cool off at the villa without heading to the sea, there is also an outdoor shower in the garden with hot water.
Please note that rates include a daily continental style buffet prepared by the housekeeper at this Tuscany beach villa. The team will also clean and prepare the property six days a week. Guests will also be treated to a complimentary welcome drink and snack on arrival consisting of a selection of breads, cured meats and cheeses. Linen and towels will be changed free of charge mid week. Utilities are included within the rental rate. Additional services such as boat rental and a chef are available on request.
