In one direction guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Volterra hills whilst in the other direction, you are just catch a glimpse of the stunning skyline of San Gimignano's towers.

Located on the ground floor of the building, this San Gimignano vacation apartment has 81 square metres of internal living space. It has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, gas hob and coffee machine. The apartment also has two bathrooms. The first is a modern bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. The second has a bath, bidet, toilet and sink. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds that can be converted into a double if preferred.

There is a small terrace at the front of the property where a table and chairs are provided for outdoor dining. The terrace at this San Gimignano vacation apartment enjoys lovely views over the countryside. A large communal BBQ is also available for your use.

The property enjoys free WIFI internet access, satellite TV and is fully air conditioned. Staff are on site should you need any assistance during your stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast in the dining room for a small additional price or even in their apartment. If you are visiting to mark a special occasion, it is also possible arrange a special dinner for you and your family or friends. Please just ask for more details or let us know your requirements.

Please note that rates exclude a 1.50 euro per person city tax payable locally on arrival. In peak season, there is a minimum 7 night stay and arrivals must be on either a Saturday or Sunday. We may be able to provide an extra bed in the apartment for an additional cost of 20 euros per night. A cot can also be provided at an additional rate of 10 euros per night.
