The property is set within a large estate which includes 2000 olive trees and a small vineyard. This 1 bedroom Umbria villa has its own private patio and garden but guests also have full use of the surrounding lawns and gardens which are immaculately kept by the owners who live on site. During the Spring and Summer the gardens are filled with lemon trees, English roses and a variety of other plants. Alongside the beautiful flowers, there is a fantastic organic vegetable garden and guests are invited to help themselves to any produce they need during their stay.
The infinity swimming pool at this 1 bedroom Umbria villa measures 14 x 6 metres and the adjacent jacuzzi has stunning views over the countryside. Outside, there is also a bread oven and BBQ perfect for al fresco dining.
Please note that there is a final heating charges of 100 euros per week payable locally when applicable during the winter months.
The estate is located one kilometre from the walled village of Paciano, a perfectly restored 13th century medieval village located in a peaceful and scenic location. The views from this 1 bedroom Umbria villa are incredible - Lake Trasimeno, the lights of Chiusi, Montepulciano and Cortona can all be seen in the distance.
Guests staying at the property receive a very personal level of care and attention from the owners who live in an old stone farmhouse on site. Guests are welcome to have morning coffee in the farmhouse each day at no additional cost. The owners are also more than happy to show guests around the old wine cellar. The cellar contains more than 2000 bottles of carefully chosen wines and champagnes. Wine tastings can be arranged in the cellar. Alternatively, guided tours of wineries in Tuscany and Umbria can also be organised. They can also provide an olive oil tasting session with a variety of olive oils, including their own organic extra virgin olive oil, which will help you to better understand the different flavour characteristics and how these are compatible to different foods.
This really is a very special place to stay. You can't help but immediately feel relaxed and at home here. We can highly recommend taking one of the cookery classes on site which are run by the owner and which always receive rave reviews from our guests. You will be shown how to prepare a typical Umbrian meal using the plentiful organic produce, fresh from the garden.

Fabulous, classy villa for two on an idyllic organic olive and grape farm, several miles from Lake Trasimeno. Clean, stylish and with lovely owners. The pool is terrific and it’s about fifteen minutes’ walk into the village, with two very good restaurants. Easy travel to go and see Assisi, Oriveto, Perugia, Citte de Pievo and Lake Trasimeno. Recommended unreservedly.
