The team at Bookings For You recognise the uncertainty that the COVID-19 pandemic has created amongst holidaymakers. Since the company was launched in 2011, we’ve had to deal with a steady stream of challenges, including a global recession in the early days and, more recently, Brexit. However the recent spread of the coronavirus was truly unprecedented not just for us but for the entire travel industry.
All this means that, for holidaymakers, it has never been more important to use a travel company you can rely on. In many ways though, we have not changed our approach over the past few months but instead have continued to focus on what has always been most important to us – delivering exceptional levels of customer service. This approach has been recognised over the past few years in the number of British Travel Awards we have been awarded. In 2016, Bookings For You received a ‘Highly Commended’ from the Good Web Guide. The company was also the proud winner of a Bronze Award at the British Travel Awards (BTAs) in the same year. In 2018, Bookings For You went even better scooping Gold at the prestigious BTAs, followed up in 2019 with a Bronze and Silver in these same awards and another Silver in 2020.
We have always been on hand to guide you through every step of the booking process, from the first moment you start searching to the day you arrive at your chosen holiday rental and then throughout your stay until you return home. We provide all guests with detailed information about what to see and do during their stay and offer a personal concierge service.
Bookings For You are now proud to have a booking guarantee which means that, if travel is not possible due to COVID-19 restrictions, then you will be able to change your holiday to another date in 2021 and, in many cases, beyond into 2022.
As a company, we have never charged booking or amendment fees and we will continue to offer free amendments to your booking should this be necessary.
We want you to be able to book with confidence with Bookings For You. You will be entitled to change your holiday in the following circumstances:
The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) or your respective government advise against all non-essential travel to your destination at the time of travel.
Borders to your destination are closed at the time of travel
You are required to quarantine on arrival at your destination
Please note: For all our properties, Bookings For You acts as an agent supplying accommodation on behalf of property owners in Italy and France. Your contract will be with the Property Owner. Some owners have stricter change and cancellation terms that differ from those in our standard T&Cs but these will be highlighted to you at the tine of booking.
