TThe first apartment is on the ground floor of the building. Here, there is a spacious open plan living and dining area. This is furnished with a comfortable red sofa and seating and there is a dining table seating 6. Doors lead out to a private terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs and from there to the garden. The kitchen sits to one side of the living room. Here, there is a small bar table with two stools. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, oven and fridge. There are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and plenty of storage space within fitted wardrobes. A desk provides a space for guests to catch up on any work they need to during their stay. The second bedroom is smaller and is also furnished with a double bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
A set of external stairs lead to the second apartment. Here there is an open plan living and dining area, furnished with grey corner sofa. There is a fireplace, perfect for stays during the Winter months as well as a TV for cosy nights in. This room has doors leading out to a large private terrace. This wraps around two sides of the property and enjoys lake views over the neighbouring rooftops. A circular table with 4 chairs provides the perfect spot to dine al fresco. Sun shades allow guests to enjoy a spot of shade when the heat of the sun gets too strong. There is a separate kitchen. This is equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge. There are two bedrooms. The first is a large and charming room with double bed and delightful antique furnishings. It also boasts a private balcony. The second bedroom has a double and single bed. Its window faces the rear of the property towards the village centre. A large bathroom has white tiling and sanitary ware. It has both a shower and bath tub.
Both apartments are tastefully furnished with a mix of modern and traditional design. Furnishings are good quality and the overall feel is warm and inviting. The location within a traditional lakeside village also gives the property a truly authentic feel. A stay here allows guests to really experience Italian village life.
Outside, there is a garden area. This has a good sized lawn and mature trees and shrubs which backs onto neighbouring gardens. Here guests will find a BBQ area which they are welcome to use. There are two parking spaces. Additional free parking is available on the streets around the property should it be needed.
The villa is within an easy walk of the lakeside beaches. It's also a short walk to a number of excellent restaurants, cafes and shops. We recommend guests enjoy breakfast at our favourite pasticceria - Cerinotti - which serves up the most delicious pastries and sweet treats. And mid afternoon head to our favourite geletaria - Laghee. Since everything is so easily reached on foot, guests will not need to hire a car during their stay. However, having one will open up the opportunity to visit some places near the lake that are not so easy to access using public transport.
