Villa Palaia is a Pisa villa rental set in the heart of Tuscany's rural countryside, framed by olive trees and forests but at the same time just an easy drive away from the coast and Tuscany's beaches. It's within walking distance of the charming village of Palaia whilst the larger town of Sanm Miniato is just 20 minutes away.

The Space

This Pisa villa rental has been recently restored and has been furnished beautifully, cleverly combining tradition with contemporary style.

This Pisa villa rental consists of an old farmhouse and built in barn.

The accommodation in the main villa is arranged over 2 levels. On the ground floor, there is a large living area with beautiful vaulted ceilings, an elegant, well equipped Tuscan kitchen and a charming dining room. There is also a bathroom on this floor and a laundry room. On the first floor there are four spacious bedrooms, each enjoying fantastic views over the garden and countryside and all with stunning beamed ceilings. All also boast an ensuite bathroom with large, luxurious showers. One of these rooms also leads to a small tower room where there is a sofa bed sleeping an additional two guests. There is also a second sitting room in this part of the villa with a large antique fireplace perfect for guests staying in the Winter months.

In the built in barn annex at this Pisa villa rental, there are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Also on the ground floor of this area is a large living room enjoying wonderful views of the countryside beyond and a kitchenette.

Please note that electricity and air conditioning are not included in the cost of this Pisa villa rental and are charged at 250 euros per week, to be payable locally in cash. Should guests need it, we can provide a laundry or housekeeping service. This costs 12 euros for 3-5 kg of laundry and 15 euros for 8 kg. An ironing service can be provided at a cost of 15 euros per hour. Extra housekeeping services are also available for a cost of 15 euros per hour. Local taxes must also be paid locally on arrival in cash and cost 1.50 euros per person per day.

Outside, there is a splendid terrace creating an outdoor living room. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the company of friends and family whilst sipping your favourite glass of wine. There is also a pizza oven and BBQ for al fresco dining.

Below the villa there is a large private swimming pool equipped with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. This overlooks the beautiful Tuscan countryside and offers guests complete peace, privacy and tranquility.

For those who prefer to be more active, there is a well equipped private fitness suite with exercise bike and multi-functional gym.

Local Area

The nearest amenities are at Capannoli about a 10 minute drive away. Pisa itself is 40 km away, Volterra 33 km and San Gimignano 45 km whilst Florence is approximately an hours drive and Siena is a 90 minute drive away.
