Casa Alice is a delightful 2 bedroom Fosseno apartment. Set in the village of Fosseno above Lake Maggiore, it's the perfect retreat for keen walkers, hikers and nature lovers. It also provides guests with a truly authentic stay in the Italian Lakes thanks to its village location.

This Fosseno apartment was completed renovated in 2011.

Steps take guests from ground level to the first floor of this Fosseno apartment. Here you will find an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Whilst small, it is equipped with everything you should need. There are two sofas arranged along one corner. There is also a dining table which can seat up to 4 people. For those staying in the cooler months of the year, there is a fireplace here too. Doors lead from this room to a balcony, furnished with an outdoor table for two. Also on this floor is a bathroom with bidet, toilet and sink.

A second flight of stairs leads to the sleeping area of this Fosseno apartment. Here you will find a double bedroom and a single bedroom. There is also a second bathroom on this floor which has a shower, bidet, sink and toilet.

Please note that there is also a laundry room on the ground floor of the property. There is a washing machine for guests to use here along with an ironing and ironing board.

To the front of the apartment is a courtyard area. This is shared with two other properties. Or there is also a public car park in Fosseno which guests may prefer to use.
