It has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with twin beds), a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet, as well as an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen in this Lake Maggiore holiday apartment is well equipped and there is also a communal laundry room in the basement of the property where there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside, the property has a south facing private terrace, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. Since it is south facing, it enjoys the sun for a substantial part of the day. The terrace also has a partial view of the lake and swimming pool. Doors lead from both the living areas and master bedroom, allowing guests to make the most of this outdoor space.
Please note that there is an additional energy fee of 58 euros which must be paid in cash locally upon arrival.
Local Area
Maccagno is a popular lakeside town boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within an easy walk of the apartment. If you prefer to swim in the lake than in the pool, the lakeside beach is literally a few seconds walk away. There are plenty of sports on offer for those who like to be active. As well as a number of water sports options, there are tennis courts and an athletics track nearby as well as plenty of opportunities to enjoy climbing and cycling. It's also within walking distance of the public boat stop in Maccagno making it very easy for guests to explore the wider Lake Maggiore area.

There are a number of apartments located within this lakeside complex. This Lake Maggiore holiday apartment is one of the cheaper 2 bedroom apartments since it doesn't enjoy uninterrupted lake views but we think the terrace here is great. It catches the sun most of the day and so is a lovely outdoor space for guests to enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartments. The spec and appearance of the apartments was very good. I would say the only thing we missed in the apartment was a microwave, which we’ve had in previous apartments we’ve rented. The Italian woman who showed us into our apartment and ran the customer service desk was very helpful and really pleasant. The pool area was stunning – we spent a lot of time here with our girls.
