1. We had a wonderful stay at the apartments. The spec and appearance of the apartments was very good. I would say the only thing we missed in the apartment was a microwave, which we’ve had in previous apartments we’ve rented. The Italian woman who showed us into our apartment and ran the customer service desk was very helpful and really pleasant. The pool area was stunning – we spent a lot of time here with our girls.

2. Just wanted to say thanks for all your help in booking our holiday. We all had a fabulous time, the place is magical and very relaxing just what we all needed. Thanks again and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

3. We had a fab holiday thanks, we could have done with the temperature being up a notch or two but we still a great time! The apartment was good, almost brand new I would think?! A few minor things: Kettle only big enough for 3 cups of tea at a stretch (being English this is important!), one of the bedrooms had no mirror or table so we had to convene in one of the rooms for hair drying etc. Sun loungers and a BBQ on the patio would be a plus. Location wise, good, we went out on the ferry most days. We loved Cannobio! Here at Tomaso Sail you can charter boats and they will come and deliver the boat to you in Maccagno, brand new boats and a great day out!! Restaurant recommend – a bit more pricey but very good. Camin (hotel and restaurant) overlooking the lake. Fab staff and owner, fab food! In between Maccagno and Luino just about walking distance but they will arrange a taxi for you. Oh something else to mention… All restaurants in Maccagno are closed on Mondays! Luckily the takeaway pizza man is open and very friendly…
