There is also a marble fireplace. The space is furnished beautifully with interesting artworks on the walls. Also on the ground floor is a kitchen, dining area and a double bedroom with bathroom. The double bedroom boasts a walk in closet, whilst there is both a bath tub and shower in the bathroom.

The remaining three bedrooms in this Syracuse villa are on the lower floor of the property and in the attic space. Please note that there is limited height space in the attic. Finally, Villa Syracuse also boasts a massage room. Should you wish to enjoy a massage during your stay, we can arrange for a masseur to visit for an additional charge.

Outside, there is a wonderful volcanic stone swimming pool. This can be heated and also has a hydromassage corner. This is set in beautiful and well manicured Mediterranean gardens, filled with mature trees and shrubs. The same volcanic stone that was used for the pool is also used on the terraces. There are a couple of outdoor areas, both ideal for al fresco dining. There is also a large BBQ area.

Please note that for stays in the cooler months when heating is required, there is an additional charge of 250 euros per week. For arrivals after 9 pm there is an additional arrival fee of 30 euros which must also be paid in cash on arrival.

The nearest beach is at Fontane Bianche approximately 20 km from the property. There are plenty of towns and villages worth visiting within easy reach of the villa. These include Catania, Noto, Modica, Marzamemi and Ragusa. It's also possible to enjoy a day trip to Taormina.
