The villa has recently been restored and has been transformed into a luxurious villa with a welcoming modern interior. It is spread over three floors, and parking is available.
Outside there is a large fenced garden (approximately 6500 square metres), a swimming pool, a covered portico with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a gazebo in front of the kitchen. Please note the pool is only open between 15th April and 15th October.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a living space comprising of three small living rooms (one with a fireplace and one with a TV), a dining area, a toilet, and a kitchen, which has access to an outdoor area with a gazebo (furnished for outdoor dining).
There are four double bedrooms on the first floor, three of which have private bathrooms with a shower and a further double bedroom which has a private bathroom with a bath.
On the second floor there is a suite, comprising of a double bedroom, a sofa bed, which is suitable for one person, a table, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
In the surrounding area there are many Medieval castles for guests to visit including Ascagnano and Valenzino, and abbeys such as Celestina and Montelabate. The famous Antognolia golf course is just four kilometres from the villa.
A local property manager lives nearby should you need any assistance during your stay.
Heating is available on request at 25 euros per day. A cot can be provided on request at a rate of 25 euros per week. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are included in the price. Mid week cleaning is included in the price. Pets are allowed on request. The pool is open from 15 April to 15 October each year.
