This villa in Marsala dates back to the early twentieth century but it has been renovated to a high standard. Inside, the decor is elegant. It cleverly combines modern, contemporary design with some beautiful antique pieces in keeping with the age of the villa. Outside, the property is set in delightful gardens which in turn are home to a private salt water swimming pool.

The Space

The Italian garden at this villa in Marsala really is beautiful. The gardens are filled with mature Mediterranean plants and palm trees. In addition, there are ample lawned areas on which to relax and enjoy the Sicilian sunshine.

An elegant staircase leads from the garden to a spacious balcony which has been decorated with majolica tiles. From here guests can enter the interior of this villa in Marsala.

Guests will come first into a living area. This really is the heart of the home. It has been furnished with stunning period furniture and its vaulted ceiling adds real character and charm to the space. The other rooms lead off this central space.

There are two elegant double bedrooms inside this villa in Marsala. Both have ensuite bathrooms with showers. There is then another double bedroom as well as a twin bedroom furnished with two single beds. This room has a delightful little balcony where guests can enjoy a morning cup of coffee! Finally, there is a well equipped kitchen on this level and a small terrace overlooking the garden below.

Please note that a caretaker lives in a separate flat on the ground floor. He will respect the privacy of guests but, should you need anything, he will be happy to assist you. Rest assured, guests will have exclusive use of the pool area during their stay.
