Inside, the property has 3 bedrooms - 2 double rooms and 1 twin bedrom. The master bedroom is on the ground floor of the property and enjoys an ensuite bathroom. Also on the ground floor there is a warm and inviting living area, with doors leading out to the gardens. The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor of the farmhouse and are separated by a bathroom with shower. Also on the first floor, is an open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, hob and oven. Outdoor furniture has been provided in the garden if you would rather dine al fresco. A BBQ is also provided for your use. There is also an outhouse within the gardens with kitchen facilities and utility room - guests often find this useful if cooking outdoors. The farmhouse is set within olive groves and the gardens are extremely pretty. Loungers are provided for your use by the pool (11 x 5 metres and 1.3 metres in depth) which is open from the end of May to the end of September each year.

The nearest town - Ossaia - is just 5 kilometres away. The beautiful town of Cortona is just 6.5km away. You are also well placed to visit the famous cities of Tuscany including Siena and Florence. (Please note: There are several low stone walls with sharp drops round the perimeter of this property. Those staying with children must ensure that they are accompanied at all times).
