The Space

On the ground floor of this villa near Bologna, guests will find a large living area and adjacent kitchen. Both have been decorated in neutral relaxing shades of cream, beige and brown. Also on this floor is a large bedroom suite. This is a stunning space with a bedroom, private living room and bathroom.

On the first floor, guests will find two more bedroom suites, each with small living areas and private bathrooms. The final bedroom suite is on the top floor of this villa. Each bedroom is quite contemporary in style whilst the living areas have a slightly more traditional but still contemporary feel to them.

This villa near Bologna is one of five other villas on the estate. Each enjoys complete privacy. This location has some real benefits. It means that guests enjoy all the benefits of a self catered villa with all the luxuries of a hotel. For example, as well as your own private pool, guests receive complimentary half day access to the other resort pools on site as well as 3 hours access to the on site spa.

Plus, whilst guests have a fully equipped kitchen in the property, there are two restaurants and a trattoria on site which guests are welcome to enjoy. The food at each is exceptional, making the most of the delicious, fresh produce grown within the estate. There is also a stylish bar within the main house on the estate and a wine cellar should guests wish to enjoy a wine tasting during their stay.
