Villa Ponente is a 3 bedroom Sicilian villa rental. It enjoys wonderful views of the incredible castle of Donnafugata which is situated just 900 metres from the villa. The views from the property and its garden also extend over the Sicilian countryside and down to the sea beyond.

Outside, Villa Pontente has a large rectangular swimming pool (12 m x 8 m). This is surrounded by a terraced area and lawns. There are plenty of loungers on which you can lie back and enjoy every drop of Sicilian sunshine! There is also a covered area with lounge style outdoor seating. This provides some shade from the heat of the midday sun and is a great place to sit and relax with a book.

Nearer to the villa, there is also an outdoor table for al fresco dining. A BBQ is also provided for guests to use.

Inside, Villa Ponente has been furnished in a contemporary throughout. Large windows make the most of the fantastic views and bring it plenty of light. The accommodation is all on one floor. There is a large open plan living and dining area as well as a modern, well equipped kitchen. This is a really sociable space with a central breakfast bar.

Villa Ponente also has three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two of these bedrooms have kingsize beds whilst the third bedroom has two single beds.

Please note that Villa Ponente is located next to Villa Lavante. Each villa has its own space and privacy. However the two villas could be rented together to provide accommodation for up to 12 guests if needed. Please also note that, from November to April, guests will be charged 30 euros per day to cover heating costs.

The nearest beaches to Villa Ponente are at Montalbano and at Marina di Ragusa beach, both 16 kilometres away. Ragusa is just 17 km away, Modica 30 km and Noto 65 km.
