The Space

Inside, the accommodation in this Italian Lakes villa with heated pool is arranged over three floors. It has 6 bedrooms in total. Four of these are furnished with double beds, one has a double sofa bed and the final bedroom has two single beds. There are five bathrooms.

There is also an open plan living and dining area. This is furnished with dining table as well as a couple of large sofas and comfortable chairs. There is a fireplace for those staying in the cooler months of the year. There is an additional living space in the basement of the house. This can be a great play area for children or a great space for teens to enjoy each other's company.

The kitchen is modern and contemporary and well equipped.

Outside, the villa is set in extensive grounds measuring 2 hectares. These grounds are perfect for anyone wishing to host an event or celebration at the property. A heated pool is set within the garden and enjoys views of the lake beyond. Plenty of loungers and seating is provided for lazy days poolside. For those who prefer a more active pace, there is also a tennis court. And for children, there is a fantastic play area. This includes swings, slides, trampoline and zipline.

For those who enjoy dining al fresco, there is a large terrace area furnished with both outdoor sofas and dining table and chairs. There is a BBQ.
