The Space

The villa is located in a quiet garden of approximately 5,000 square metres, surrounded by olive trees, shrubs and flowers and has spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. There is a private swimming pool, a poolside WC, a changing room, garden furniture, a bread oven and a barbecue. There are two gazebos, a volleyball area and a small basketball area. In addition, there is a fully equipped playground which is partially inside and partially outside a carefully restored former church, next to the villa. This has a table tennis table, a dartboard, sofas, and a hi-fi and is a fantastic place for both children and adults to relax in. The villa is easily accessible via a tarmac road in good conditions. Internally it has been furnished in traditional Tuscan style using local furniture and materials. On the mezzanine ground floor, (access is via three steps) there is a living/dining area with a fireplace, a kitchen, small office, games room and a terrace leading to the garden via an outdoor staircase. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a further bedroom with four single beds and and en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with fireplace and another double bedroom with an additional sofa bed (suitable for one adult or two children). On the ground floor there is a large room with a living area, a fireplace, a big dining table, a laundry with a separate WC, a small kitchen and an area for pets. Please note that heating is not included in the price, but is available on request and is charged at 6 euros per week. A cot is available and priced at 50 euros per week. Pool towels are not provided as standard but can be provided on request and are charged at 3 euros per person per week. Please note that the swimming pool is open from the end of April to the beginning of October each year.
