The Space

The apartment is on the ground floor of the building. Inside, there is a spacious open plan living and dining area. This is furnished with a comfortable red sofa and seating and there is a dining table seating 6. Doors lead from here to a private terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs.

The kitchen sits to one side of the living room. Here, there is a small bar table with two stools. The kitchen is small but well equipped with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge.

There are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed as well as plenty of storage space in fitted wardrobes which run along one wall. A desk provides a space for guests to catch up on any work they need to during their stay. And there is also a small single bed in this room allowing it to sleep 3 in total. The second bedroom is smaller and is also furnished with a double bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

Outside, as well as a private terrace, there is also a garden area that guests are welcome to use. This has a good sized lawn and mature trees and shrubs. The garden backs onto neighbouring gardens. Here guests will find a BBQ area which they are welcome to use. There are two parking spaces. Additional free parking is available on the streets around the property should it be needed.
