Villa Dolce is a four bedroom lakeside villa in the sought after Solcio area of Lesa on the shores of Lake Maggiore. The villa is set in a quiet, upmarket residential area and overlooks the lake. It boasts not just its own private heated swimming pool but also a tennis court and private 9 hole golf course.
Inside this four bedroom lakeside villa, there is a cozy living room comfortably furnished with sofas and chairs. For those visiting in the Winter months, there is a working antique fireplace. There is an additional living area upstairs. This is perfect for children and teens. It is equipped with junior billiards table, electronic piano and plenty of board games. There is satellite TV and a DVD player too.
There is also a separate, well equipped kitchen and a large dining area. The latter has sliding doors to the terrace and garden where guests will find an outdoor dining table and chairs. The decor in all these rooms is traditional in style but of a high quality. The house has a rather old world charm to it which makes for a cosy and enjoyable stay.
Each of the four bedrooms in the villa has an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a metal four poster bed. There are double beds in two of the other bedrooms whilst the fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds.
Outside, this four bedroom lakeside villa has plenty to keep visitors entertained. There is a private heated swimming pool set within extensive gardens. Along with this, there is a tennis court and a private 9 hole golf course. For those coming with their own boat, or who are renting a boat, there is a small harbour to moor your boat safely.
Please note that should additional accommodation be required, a cottage within the grounds can be rented for an additional charge. This is furnished with two single beds. Please ask for more details. Guests should also be aware that the owners live within a separate property on the estate. They are respectful of guests at all times and your privacy will be respected.
This four bedroom lakeside villa is situated in Lesa between Arona (7 km) and Stresa (10 km). Both towns have a wide range of amenities, shops and restaurants. Lesa itself is a charming and authentic town. It also boasts a number of superb restaurants. Guests can use the boat network to explore the wider area. Boats leave regularly from Lesa, Arona and Stresa.
