The Space
This Italian Lakes holiday rental is located on the second floor of a brand new contemporary Italian Lakes villa and access to the property is via a lift or external stairs.
Inside there is a wonderful open plan living, kitchen and dining room. Floor to ceiling windows ensures that guests can enjoy the phenomenal lake views throughout this area. Doors lead out on to a covered terrace, equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying an aperitif! The glass balcony ensures that guests can make the most of the wonderful views. The kitchen is modern and contemporary and is well equipped for those that enjoy eating in as much as eating out! nnThere are also 3 bedrooms in this Italian Lakes holiday rental. Two have double beds whilst the third bedroom has two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, both with white sanitary ware. The bath in one of the bathrooms makes it ideal for those with younger children. The other bathroom has a shower and is fully adapted for wheelchair users.
This Italian Lakes holiday rental was completed in 2014 and furnished to a high standard throughout. Outside guests enjoy use of an infinity swimming pool. Loungers are provided for lazy days by the poolside.
Air conditioning is available if guests would like to use it. This is charged at 0.50 euros per KW. Similarly, when required, heating is an additional charge payable locally based on consumption. A 24 hour laundry service is available free of charge for guests. Washing will be done on your behalf. And finally, should guests need it, there is a car charging point at the villa. This is available from May 2024 onwards. This is metered and guests will be charged for usage based on consumption. Please ask for more details.
Local Area
This is a stunning area of Italy, with plenty to see and do. Visitors shouldn't miss visiting the nearby beautiful lakeside towns of Arona and Stresa and a visit to the Borromean islands is also a must! There are plenty of lakeside beaches nearby to enjoy and there are a number of water sport centres where you can enjoy waterskiing, kayaking or paddle boarding amongst other things. The owner will be available during your stay if you need any help or advice. When available, the owner will deliver fresh eggs laid by her hens. A local tourist tax is collected on arrival in cash. This is 1.5 euros per person per day. This is a tax imposed by the local authority. Some exemptions may apply. Please ask for more details.

We had a wonderful holiday! Throughout the whole booking process, Jo was a fantastic help to us. Always available for questions and lots of information about our booked apartment and the area. Jo was involved and kept all agreements. The apartment was great. Air conditioning for the very hot days and a lovely pool in a beautiful location. Fiona and Giordano are perfect hosts. Very friendly and interested, always time for a chat. They were immediately available for questions if necessary. The apartment is located on the top floor of their house and offers complete privacy, also the pool was only used by us as a family during our stay. Definitely worth repeating!
The communication with Jo was great, she always answers quickly and is very helpful. Fiona and her husband (the homeowner) are a dream! Super hospitable and attentive people. We felt very comfortable there and are looking forward to coming back in September. Also for / with children this accommodation is highly recommended, our little one did not want to leave the pool.
It’s impossible to say enough wonderful things about this home. The views are incredible, the space open, bright, clean and modern, and the hosts incredibly accommodating, thoughtful and friendly. We had an amazing visit and can’t wait to return!

Très bon séjour dans un logement au top, bien équipé, très bien situé avec une vue imprenable et sur le lac et au calme. Giordano est très sympathique, nous avons apprécié ses conseils de visite et de restaurant. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et disposent chacune d’une terrasse. Beau séjour avec cuisine ouverte et un grand balcon sur lequel nous avons apprécié les petits déjeuners au soleil et la vue la nuit sur les lumières des bords du lac.
A stunning location – great facilities and views! The hosts offered great tips whenever we needed them. If you are looking for a true break in a great location and don’t mind driving to get to town, this place is a must stay!

Vi fick all hjälp vi behövde med tips om utflykter, restauranger m.m. Läget passade oss perfekt med fantastisk utsikt och härligt poolområde och endast några minuters bilresa till super market. Hit skulle vi gärna åka igen!

The house was beautiful, clean and very comfortable for our family of 6. Giordano and Fiona are helpful and polite and gave us interesting information about where to go and places to visit. The area is superb and worth spending your holidays especially in spring time.
Lovely hosts, who gave good sightseeing and dining tips and even brought over some extra toys for the kids. Even though a car was needed for all trips (cycling and walking seemed dangerous along the narrow curvy roads in the hills), Stresa and other nice villages were very close by. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay if you want to enjoy the Lago Maggiore area!

Large living room, well-equipped kitchen with even shelf-life bins and a freezer in the fridge. 3 spacious bedrooms with good beds and in every room aircon! You must pay for this at the end of the week. With us it was more than 30 degrees throughout the week and we took advantage of it (for € 50). Nice pool with sun beds and stunning views. The hostess Fiona is so helpful and friendly.

We had a rotten journey down with car trouble in France but as soon as we arrived we felt relaxed and comfortable. Giordano looked after all the arrangements as Fiona was away and he was a source of excellent advice and information. We couldn’t find fault with anything at all.
The property has gorgeous views and is ideal for those who want to experience the quiet side of Lake Maggiore. The infinity pool overlooking the lake is definitely a highlight. Fiona and Giordano were wonderful hosts with a gorgeous view from their property. Our only small suggestion would be to add more lighting to the master bath.
We had a wonderful stay at the apartment with friends over my birthday. The owners of the house are very nice, helpful and friendly. Definitely an accommodation which we can recommend and hope to stay there in the future again!

We cannot say enough about this amazing property! Fiona was an amazing host and greeted us as we arrived with a booklet of local suggestions! The VIEW from the balcony is breath taking! This apartment has everything you would want and need! This particular area is centrally located between several lake side towns with plenty to do! Take the ferry boat to near by islands or take the train into Milan for a day out in the city…both easily done from this location. I would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling from over seas. Booking this from Florida was a breeze, Fiona & Jo made it so easy with all the information they provided. You won’t be disappointed!!
