• Summer (July and August): Summer days can be warm and humid. It is a great time to enjoy air-conditioned museums, rooftop terraces, or combine a city stay with a side trip to neighbouring Lake Como or Lake Maggiore, but be prepared for crowds!
• Autumn (September to November): September through to November will still have a buzz about it after the Summer. However, many people in Milan at this time are there for work rather than pleasure, so attractions like the Duomo should be a little quieter.

Can I drive into central Milan or park at my apartment?

A car is not needed if staying in central Milan, as the city can easily be navigated on foot or by using the metro, trams and buses. However, for those who are coming by car, our luxury apartments in Milan have secure underground parking. This is available for guests for a small additional fee.

Do I need to book museum tickets in advance?

We recommend you buy tickets for Milan’s main attractions in advance to avoid disappointment. Most important is to book tickets to The Last Supper – this is Milan’s busiest attraction and gets sold out weeks in advance. Booking tickets to other attractions in advance, such as Milan’s Duomo, will also ensure you skip the queues on the day.

How easy is it to get from the airport to my apartment?

Milan is served by three airports: Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, and Milan Bergamo. Just 7 km away, Milan Linate is the closest airport to the city centre. The M4 metro line will take you from here to the heart of Milan and our luxury apartments in just 15 minutes. Alternatively, a taxi should cost you around 25 euros. Milan Malpensa is located 50 km from the city. From here, the Milan Express train is the fastest way to reach the city. Alternatively, take an airport shuttle bus or taxi. Milan Bergamo is a similar distance away and again there is a shuttle bus from the airport to Milan’s city centre.
