The Space

A set of external stairs lead to the property.

Inside, there is an open plan living and dining area. This is furnished with a large grey corner sofa. There is a fireplace, perfect for those visiting during the Winter months, as well as a TV for relaxed nights in. This room has doors leading out to a large private terrace. This wraps around two sides of the property and has terrific views of the lake over the neighbouring rooftops. A circular outdoor table with 4 chairs provides the perfect spot to dine al fresco. Sun shades can be lowered when needed to allow guests to enjoy a spot of shade when the heat of the sun gets too strong.

The kitchen leads off the living room. This has been equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge. It is modern in style and, whilst small, has everything guests should need.

There are two good sized bedrooms. The first is a spacious room, furnished with double bed and antique furnishings. This gives it lots of character and charm. It also boasts a private balcony. The second bedroom has a double as well as a single bed. Its window faces the rear of the property towards the village centre. These rooms share a large bathroom which has cream tiling and sanitary ware. It has both a shower and bath tub.

Outside, guests are welcome to make the most of the garden at the property. Here there is a BBQ you are welcome to use. There is also private parking for one car. However, for those bringing 2 cars, there are plenty of free spaces on the lanes around the apartment.
