Villa Bora is quite an exceptional villa rental in Le Marche. Occupying the tower of a 14th century castle, the property enjoys spectacular 360 degree views of the Sibillini mountains, the Adriatic Sea and the Laga National Park.
The property is set over four levels. The property oozes with character, something that is instantly seen as soon you enter the home where you'll find a feature internal well in the entrance hall as well as access to a cellar. Also on this floor is a double bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen with doors out to a balcony with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. This bedroom is usually used for children rather than adults. On the next floor there is the second of three double bedrooms and a bathroom. This is a lovely room with plenty of wardrobe space. Up another level and there is a study area, perfect for those who need to get some work done during their stay. There is also a dining room on this floor along with a second kitchen, a living room and another double bedroom and bathroom. Stairs lead up to the fourth and final floor with a hallway and staircase leading to the top of the tower. From here, the views are simply breathtaking. The decor throughout is super stylish and of an extremely high quality. Whilst the property may date back over 600 years, inside the accommodation is completely up to date with under floor heating, air-conditioning throughout and equipped with satellite TV and WIFI. Please note that, for those staying during the colder months, there is a charge of 100 euros per week for heating when applicable.
This Marche villa is situated in the small village of Magliano di Tenna, 32 km from Macerata, 20 km from the Marche coast and the nearest beaches and less than 20 minutes from Fermo. The popular seaside resort of San Benedetto del Tronto is about a 45 minute drive south whilst Civitanova Marche is 30 km away. The location is good for those looking for either a beach holiday or a sightseeing trip and the setting is stunning.
