This is a stunning, luxury, three bedroom villa in Umbria, sleeping up to 8 guests. The property was completely renovated in 2012 and the result is a unique, beautifully furnished property, perfect for a gathering with family or friends.
The interior is extremely stylish. On the ground floor, there is a stainless steel kitchen complete with breakfast bar and espresso corner. There is also a living area equipped with satellite TV and DVD player as well as IPOD docking station. A separate dining room has large table seating eight. Doors lead from all these living areas to the terrace located at the front of the villa. There is also a WC on this floor along with a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with luxurious ensuite bathroom with standalone bath tub, walk in rain shower, 'his and her' sinks and toilet. Also on this floor is a study with desk and sofa bed. This is a great place to catch up on some work during your stay but also doubles up nicely as an excellent space for a child to sleep. Doors lead from this floor to a second terrace area at the rear of the property. Up another flight of stairs, guests will find two further bedrooms. The first is extremely spacious and has another luxurious ensuite bathroom, again complete with bath tub, walk in rain shower, 'his and her' washbasins and toilet. The final bedroom also has a shower as well as separate WC. Outside, guests enjoy breathtaking views over the Umbrian countryside thanks to the elevation of the property 700 metres above sea level. With not a noise to be heard, it's a setting offering complete peace and tranquility. There is a solar heated infinity pool (18m x 3m) as well as plenty of terrace areas to sit and relax all equipped with outdoor furniture. Our favourite of these is a beautiful outside portico with wood fired pizza oven. For those that like to dine al fresco, there is also a BBQ.
The nearest village - Pietralunga - is less than 10 minutes away. Here you will find all the amenities you could need, including a handful of excellent, albeit, rustic restaurants. There are a countless other fascinating towns nearby to visit during your stay should you wish to explore the area, including Montone, Citta di Castello, Gubbio, Perugia, Sansepolcro, Spello and Assisi. The rolling hills of Tuscany are also within easy reach as are the beaches of Fano should you want a day at the coast.
