This San Gimignano rental apartment was completed in 2010 and has been furnished to a high standard. Located on the first floor, the property has 82 square metres of internal living space. It has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, gas hob and coffee machine. The apartment has a modern bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds.

There is a small terrace at the front of the property where a table and chairs are provided for outdoor dining. The terrace at this San Gimignano rental enjoys lovely views over the countryside. A large communal BBQ is also available for your use.

The property enjoys free WIFI. Internet access, satellite TV and is fully air conditioned. A team is on site to help you to enjoy stay as much as possible. Guests can enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast in the dining room (10 euros per person) or lunch and dinner in the bar and brasserie. Please note that rates exclude a 1.50 euro per person city tax payable locally on arrival. In peak season, there is a minimum 7 night stay and arrivals must be on either a Saturday or Sunday. If needed, we may be able to provide an extra bed in the apartment for an additional cost of 20 euros per night. A cot can also be provided at an additional rate of 10 euros per night.
