There are two large swimming pools (one for families with children and one for adults) as well as a pretty children's wooden play area. The apartment can be rented with others in the development to accommodate larger groups of visitors.

The grounds of the estate are beautifully kept, with rolling terraced lawns, an abundance of flowers, two swimming pools and children's play park. In one direction there are panoramic views of the Volterra hills whilst in the other direction, you are just able to glimpse the stunning skyline of San Gimignano's towers.

The apartment also has a modern bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. There is one double room as well as one twin room perfect for adults or children.
