This Puglia villa sleeps 18 comfortably in nine generous sized bedrooms. The villa is packed full of character, whilst outside, the villa boasts the most enormous swimming pool measuring 20 metres by 10 metres.

As guests enter this Puglia villa, they come into an impressive dining room seating up to 12. This room oozes character thanks to the original stone walls that mark the original masseria building. The kitchen sits behind this room. This is also packed full of character. A square island sits in the centre of the room with elegant lighting above. Doors lead from here to a courtyard area where a large table is positioned under a covered pergola. Rose bushes and vines add colour.

A lovely living area sits straight ahead of the main entrance of this Puglia villa. It is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. There is a focal fireplace and TV. A second living area sits at a 90 degree angle to this room. It is a stunning space with large plant adding a real focal point.

There are six bedrooms on the ground floor of this Puglia villa. Five are furnished with double beds whilst the fifth is the bedroom of the owner's children and is furnished with two single beds. The first bedroom has a huge bath and shower. The other rooms all have showers within them along with French style bathrooms whereby the WC and bidet is in a separate room to the shower. The only room which doesn't have an ensuite bathroom is the twin bedroom. Guests sleeping here use a separate bathroom that leads from the living area.

A steep flight of stairs leads to the first floor. Please note that these stairs may be unsuitable for young children, the elderly and infirm. There are three double bedrooms on this floor. All boast showers within the room. Two also have private terraces which enjoys views of the sea.

There is also a basement room within the property. This is normally kept locked and is used by the housekeeping team. However, should it be needed, there is the possibility of creating an additional sleeping room here. There is also a shower room on this floor. It can work well for families travelling with a nanny or staff.

Outside, pergolas are arranged around a massive swimming pool. This is a beautiful space in which to relax and enjoy the wonderful Puglian sunshine. As well as the terrace for al fresco dining, there is also another area planted with a variety of fruit trees. Guests are welcome to help themselves to any ripe produce grown within this orchard.

This Puglia villa is situated just 2 km from the historic centre of Ostuni. It is also just an 8 minute drive from the Beaches at Torre Pozzelle. The nearest airport is 25 minutes away at Brindisi whilst Bari is just over an hour away.
