The accommodation in Apartment Linda consists of a large open plan living, dining and kitchenette area. This is a wonderfully inviting space which is elegantly furnished. The kitchenette is small but is equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and American coffee maker, whilst there is a wooden table for meals together. A large grey sofa and comfortable armchair creates a cosy atmosphere in the living area whilst colourful artworks and decorative pieces add character and charm. Guests have a large double bedroom to enjoy too. This is beautifully furnished, whilst stylish black and white prints adorn the walls. A modern bathroom with generous sized shower finishes the interior accommodation.
Outside, there is a private outdoor terrace, furnished with table and chairs. A BBQ allows you to cook up meals al fresco too. Guests staying in Apartment Linda also enjoy use of a shared swimming pool (10 x 5 metres). This pool is fenced and has plenty of sun loungers for you to relax on with a good book! It is open from 15 May to 30 September each year.
Also outside, there is a washing machine in a communal laundry room within the grounds of the property. There is plenty of parking on site. Should you need any assistance during your stay, the owner is on hand to help with any questions you may have.
Please note that utilities are not included in the rental price and are charged at 13 euros per day, payable locally in cash. Also payable locally is a mandatory tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per day.
Apartment Linda is an ideal base for anyone looking to explore Tuscany. It is perfectly situated for visits to Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano and Florence. We also recommend you pay a visit to the medieval village of Casole d'Elsa, with its charming restaurants and wine bars. During the Summer months, Casole d'Elsa and nearby Radicondoli also host a number of music events and exhibitions. If you are a cycling enthusiast and enjoy the great outdoors, there are some amazing opportunities for mountain biking in the nearby Berignone Reserve. Or, alternatively, you could opt to take a ride through the countryside to Radicondoli itself.
