The Space

Inside, there is a stylish kitchen and dining area. Stairs lead from here to the first floor of the property where there is a living area set within a loft space. The are also two bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms. The decor through the apartment is modern, stylish and contemporary. The use of natural materials creates a calm and welcoming space, whilst for those staying during the Winter months, there is underfloor heating.

Outside, guests enjoy a private garden area, perfect for al fresco dining. There is also a large communal swimming pool. This is heated and is open from 1 May to 31 October each year. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers. A parasol is provided for each apartment. There is also a bathroom near the pool and an outdoor shower and kitchen for al fresco dining.

There is uncovered parking on site however please note that parking is not adjacent to the property. Instead, guests will be escorted with their luggage to the apartment by golf cart.

Please note that there are some mandatory additional fees payable locally on arrival. These include a refundable security deposit of 500 euros. This will be refunded in full on departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition. Heating is an additional charge of 15 euros per day. There is a late arrival fee of 50 euros for those arriving after 6 pm. Finally, there is a tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per day for anyone aged 12 and over.
