The Space

Please note that there are a few duplex apartments available, ranging between 43 and 60 square metres in size. Upon requesting to book, we will confirm the exact specification of the apartments we have available for your dates along with the rate.

All apartments are arranged over two levels and have large floor to ceiling windows to let in plenty of natural light. On the ground floor, there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests need to prepare simple meals. But, of course, there are a multitude of wonderful cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment. Should guests prefer, there is also a formal restaurant on site as well as a more informal bar and restaurant. For those travelling on business, there is also a desk for you to use.

Upstairs there is a lovely bedroom area. A second SMART TV has been put in this room for your comfort and enjoyment. Designer furnishings give the room a luxurious feel. Finally, there is a large bathroom with modern steam shower.

Guests are welcome to make the most of the communal areas within the building. These include a complimentary co-working space. For those travelling on business, it's the perfect place to meet colleagues or catch up on emails. There is also an executive lounge, where drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day, whilst for younger guests, there is also a media room. For those travelling for leisure (or for those that have time before or after their business meetings), there is a panoramic rooftop terrace with solarium and hydropool. This is the perfect spot to relax after a day spent exploring the city. And there is a gym for those that like to work out. If hiring bikes, there is a safe storage area for bicycles. And if you need to get any laundry done, there is a self service laundry room within the building.

Guests are welcomed by the local team who are on hand 24 hours a day for your comfort and convenience. Check in is from 3 pm but if you arrive earlier, you can drop your luggage off for safe storage until the apartment is ready for you.
