The Space

Please note that there are a number of studio apartments available, ranging between 40 and 55 square metres. Upon requesting to book, we will confirm the exact specification of the apartments we have available for your dates along with the rate.

The apartments are all furnished in the same elegant, refined style. They include a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living and dining area with smart TV, a cosy sleeping area with generous wardrobe and storage space and a contemporary bathroom. The layout is functional but aesthetically pleasing, meeting the needs of both business and leisure travellers.

As well as your own private apartment, guests also enjoy access to a number of communal areas within the building. These include a complimentary co-working space and an executive lounge, where drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day. Younger guests will also enjoy the media room. A panoramic rooftop terrace with solarium and hydropool is a relaxing space to come back to after a day either working or sightseeing. And there is a gym for those that like to work out. If hiring bikes, there is a safe storage area for bicycles. And if you need to get any laundry done, there is a self service laundry room within the building.

Guests are welcomed by the local team who are on hand 24 hours a day for your comfort and convenience. Check in is from 3 pm but if you arrive earlier, you can welcome to drop off any bags off for safe storage until the apartment is ready for you.
