The Space

Inside, the accommodation is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen. This is equipped with induction hob, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a breakfast bar, perfect for a spot of breakfast or as a sociable space to keep the chef entertained whilst cooking! There is also a dining table in this room seating up to 6 guests. An adjacent living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and sideboard. A wood burning stove sits between these two rooms, ensuring it is lovely and cosy during the cooler months of the year. Finally, there is a WC on this floor.

A set of stairs leads from the living room. Upstairs, guests will find the sleeping area. Here there are two double bedrooms, which share a bathroom with shower.

The house has been recently renovated and is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and an electric car charging station. Please note that the use of this is an additional cost, charged at 0.50 euros per KWh.

Other additional costs, payable locally, include a final cleaning fee of 150 euros and a refundable security deposit of 150 euros, both payable in cash. Utilities are charged at 15 euros per day. Pets are accepted on request at a cost of 20 euros per day. The local tourist tax is 2 euros per person per day.
