The Space

On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious and welcoming living area, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Tuscany. A dining area is ideal for long meals together. The fully equipped kitchen features a contemporary design and is both practical and stylish, suitable for everything from quick breakfasts to more elaborate cooking experiences. Also on this level is a double bedroom with en-suite shower roomnnUpstairs, there are two bright and quiet double bedrooms, both offering views over the surrounding countryside. Both are simply but elegantly furnished to create restful and inviting sleeping spaces. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

The fourth double bedroom is in the tower of the villa. This is a unique and atmospheric space, ideal for those seeking extra privacy and a more intimate setting. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and enjoys stunning panoramic views over the Tuscan countryside.

Throughout Villa Lara, the interiors perfectly balance the history of the villa with a more contemporary style. Traditional Tuscan features such as terracotta floors, wooden beams, and brick details blend seamlessly with modern furnishings, clean lines, and elegant design touches. The spaces are bright and airy, with large windows flooding the house with natural light.

The panoramic saltwater swimming pool forms the heart of the outdoor living space. Measuring 10 x 6 metres and with a depth of between 1.2 and 1.8 metres, it's the perfect place to cool off on warm days or simply relax whilst taking in the view. Please note that the pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September each year.

An outdoor dining area with a large table is ideal for sunset dinners or slow breakfasts, while the external lounge area provides a comfortable space for relaxing, reading, or socialising. A dedicated outdoor gym sits under parasols, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine in a unique setting, surrounded by fresh air and silence.

There is plenty to keep the younger family members entertained. Outside, there is a table tennis table whilst inside, there is a PlayStation and a Wii, for an extra touch of fun in the evening.

Please note that rates exclude heating costs. When applicable, this is charged at GPL 8 euros per cubic meter.
