The farmhouse has been impeccably restored to preserve the original materials and features of the historic building while seamlessly integrating modern comforts required for an exclusive and comfortable stay. On the ground floor, guests enter into a modern open-plan fully equipped kitchen. This is seamlesslynlinked to a charming rustic dining area. Adjacent to this space is a welcoming living room, featuring a large TV screen ideal for movie nights. Also on this floor is an elegant guest bathroom with toilet, three sinks and a spacious shower.
The upper floor is accessed via an external staircase. Here, there are three bedrooms. Two double bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower. A third bedroom is furnished with two French beds and has a private en-suite bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms open onto a welcoming living space, with a working fireplace and a striking antique mirror.
The fourth bedroom is in a separate dependence. In the centre of the room, a large modern double bed isnthoughtfully positioned to maximise the breathtaking lake views. An elegant private bathroom features double sinks, a refined marble countertop, and a spacious bathtub with integrated shower. Guests also enjoy an exclusive home SPA here, complete with a sauna and sensory shower, offering a true wellness retreat. It makes it the perfect retreat for both winter relaxation as well as for unwinding in the summer months after a day spent exploring the surrounding countryside.
A second independent dependance houses a laundry area.
Outside, there are several lounge areas immersed within greenery and nestled among olive trees. These areas are ideal for reading, enjoying chatting with friends and family or simply appreciating the incredible peacefulness of the setting. One outdoor lounge area sits overlooking the stunning private pool below. This is open from 1 May to 30 September each year. Another covered terrace sits to the side of the pool and is furnished with an outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Small pets are welcome at the villa on request for an additional charge of 150 euros per pet per week.
