The Space

On the ground floor, there is an elegant open plan living and dining room. To one side, there are two comfortable sofas and a striking fireplace. To the other, through a wide architectural arch, there is a dining area, furnished with a large natural wooden table seating up to eight guests. A modern, fully equipped kitchen has doors that lead directly to the terrace and garden. Finally, this floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and a practical laundry room.

Upstairs, guests will discover a beautiful bedroom suite with private ensuite bathroom complete with shower. There are two further bedrooms - one double and one single - which share a modern bathroom with double sinks and spacious shower. A second living space on this floor serves as a quiet reading lounge, ideal for moments of calm and relaxation.

Each room flows harmoniously from one to the next. And floor to ceiling windows throughout allow natural light to flood every space.

Outside, the gardens are immaculately presented. The infinity pool (4 x 8 metres) is perfect for cooling off during summer days. But it also serves as an extraordinary setting for sunset aperitifs, when the golden light of the sun reflects on the water. The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September each year.

A fully equipped barbecue area allows for relaxed grilling and informal dinners. And a covered, fully equipped outdoor terrace, seamlessly connects the interior space to the exterior through large glass openings.

Overall, Villa Luna offers a rare combination: a countryside retreat with breathtaking water views, perfectly positioned as a gateway to explore the cultural and scenic richness of central Italy.
