The Space

The accommodation in Villa Isula consists of an open plan living and dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms. and two bathrooms.

The living and dining room has a table seating four, a comfortable sofa and a TV unit with flatscreen TV. The kitchen sits next to this room and is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom. The second bedroom can be configured with three single beds or with one double bed and one single bed. A second bathroom is for the use of guests sleeping in this room.

Doors lead from the living room to a private terrace. Here, an outdoor table and chairs sit under a pergola. A barbecue and an outdoor kitchen allow guests to serve up delicious meals al fresco. A staircase leads up to the pool area. Loungers are arranged on the large terrace that surrounds the pool, whilst there is play equipment for children to enjoy on an adjacent grassed area. There is also another covered pergola close to the pool along with an annex with changing room and shower and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from mid April to the end of October each year.

Guests have one reserved parking space behind electronic gates. There is an EV charger that guests are welcome to use.

Please note that the owners also live within a separate apartment within the building. Whilst the pool is almost exclusively reserved for guests own use, the owners may very occasionally use the swimming pool with their two young children.

Pets are welcome on request and are charged at an additional 50 euros per stay.
