The Space

Inside, the accommodation in Villa Neri is arranged over two levels.

On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, and another with a separate bathroom. There is also a light and airy open plan living, dining area and kitchen area. The kitchen has a circular table seating four whilst there is a larger, more formal table in the dining area. The living area has a large cream sofa arranged opposite a TV. It's the perfect spot for children to enjoy a movie night!nnLarge windows open up from here onto the garden and the swimming pool. The private terrace is furnished with an outdoor dining table, perfect for evening dinners under the stars. This overlooks the swimming pool, surrounded with sun beds and large outdoor armchairs.

An internal staircase leads from the living room to the first floor where there are two more double bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower. Doors lead to an outdoor terrace, boasting breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. This is furnished with an outdoor sofa, coffee table and chairs. It's the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif as the sun sets.

The villa is modern and stylish. Large windows brings in plenty of light.

Outside, there is parking for up to 2 cars.
