Villa Arancia

The Space

Villa Arancia consists of two independent mirror-image villas. Each unit accommodates up to 6 guests. This layout can work particularly well for two families looking to travel together, offering the perfect balance between privacy and shared living spaces.

The main entrance of each villa opens into a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Full of character, exposed wooden beams and large floor-to-ceiling windows seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. Adjacent to the living area is a spacious double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. On the opposite side of each villa, a hallway then leads to two additional double bedrooms. The first has an ensuite bathroom whilst the second has a dedicated bathroom located just across the hall. Each villa also includes a convenient laundry room equipped with a washing machine and washer-dryer.

Outside, a covered terrace is furnished with a dining table, chairs and comfortable sofas. This provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals or relaxing moments surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean garden. A pathway leads to the panoramic swimming pool, the true highlight of the outdoor space. The large pool features a gradual stone-step entrance and is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, comfortable sofas and a shaded pergola. From here, guests can admire sweeping views over the Sicilian countryside, the Baroque town of Noto and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. It's a view which is especially enchanting at sunset.

Pets are welcome on request. Guests will be charged an additional 100 euros per animal.
