This Volterra villa rental is set over two levels. On the ground floor guests will find a stunning open plan living and kitchen area. A large corner sofa is arranged opposite a modern fireplace whilst on the other side of the room is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Guests should find all the equipment they should need here including a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, electric oven, double fridge with ice maker and freezer. There is also a dining area adjacent with views onto the hills beyond.

This Volterra villa rental has three double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom with shower. The first two bedrooms are on the ground floor and enjoy direct access to the garden. The third bedroom is on the first floor and has stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

Outside, this Volterra villa is set within fenced gardens of approximately 8000 square metres. The gardens have been similarly planted in a contemporary style . A large infinity swimming pool (14 metres x 7 metres and 1.1 to 1.7 metres deep) is surrounded by stone tiles, where you will find plenty of sun beds and seating. The pool can be heated on request for an additional charge and it has an electric cover to conserve the heat overnight. There is also a separate jacuzzi, positioned to make the most of the incredible 360 degree views that this Tuscany villa enjoys. This is the perfect spot to watch the unforgettable sunsets and the beautiful view of the surrounding hills.

Guests will be treated to a complimentary aperitivo on arrival at this Volterra villa along with a welcome pack containing espresso pods, local olive oil, vinegar, spices and dishwasher pods. Towels are changed mid week and we will provide a mid week cleaning service free of charge on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Air conditioning and heating are included in the rental rate. However, should guests wish to use pool heating, this is an extra cost of 800 euros per week. Please note that the pool is open from 1 April to 15 November each year.
