This is a charming room and it's well equipped with five ring gas stove, large American fridge with ice maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave and both Italian and American coffee machines. The dining room is adjacent and has a large dining table seating 12. Moving on through from this room, there is a living room with TV and working fireplace.

Also on the ground floor of this Tuscan villa rental is a separate laundry room which has a washing machine, as well as a storage room equipped with freezer and a spacious wine cellar. Wines are available for guests to enjoy. There is also a WC on this floor.

All six bedrooms of this Tuscan villa rental are on the first floor of the property. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and his and her sinks. There are two other double bedrooms enjoying ensuite shower rooms whilst the remaining bedrooms share a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms enjoy direct access via external stairs to the garden.
