1. We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. A stunning uninterrupted view of the lake and mountains. Everything we needed was provided including some great board games!
   We discovered an incredibly interesting walk through the hills which leads you down to Germignaga/Luino. This starts maybe a five minute walk from the apartment. Preserved First World War tunnels and trenches with plenty of information boards along the route.
   An overall great stay. I don’t think another view will ever beat this so our only option is to come again!

2. We visited this beautiful place for the second time. Last year was the first time. We chose exact the same date for our 2 weeks now.
   Again we were overwhelmed by the extraordinary view from the appartments terrace to the lake. The surrounding of the appartment is fantastic. It is green nature and it is not only very calm but really peaceful. The perfect place to find peace of mind and to really relax.
   The appartment is very well equipped, so that we missed nothing.
   Jo is a very kind and helpfull contact at all times. She answers every question very quickly.
   We bet, this was not our last stay there.

3. Het appartement heeft een adembenemend uitzicht, je ziet een groot gedeelte van het Lago Maggiore.Bij helder weer zie je ook duidelijk de Monta Rosa.
   Het terras is geweldig om op te zitten.Het appartement is klein maar gezellig en alles is aanwezig.Helaas was het niet goed schoongemaakt maar daar hebben wij inmiddels een regeling voor getroffen met Jo.
   En niet geheel onbelangrijk:wij vonden het een goed bed !! Het naar beneden rijden naar de parkeerplaats is de eerste keer wel een dingetje, zo stijl !!
   Maar al met al een aanrader !

4. Das Apartment liegt etwas oberhalb des Lago Maggiore, sehr ruhig, auch nachts. Die Einrichtung ist stylish, schwarz-weiß, schick.Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick über den See vom wirklich großen Balkon ist wirklich fantastisch.

5. Geräumige Wohnung, vollständig eingerichtet, sehr großer Balkon mit 2 el. Markisen, toller Blick auf den Lago (Süd-West), ca. 150 m oberhalb des Sees.

6. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Als wir durch die Wohnungstür gekommen sind, hatten wir sofort einen angenehmen, gemütlichen Eindruck. Als wir dann aber die Balkontüren und die dahinter vorhandenen Läden aufgemacht hatten, waren wir regelrecht überwältigt; “it was breathtaking” wie der Schwabe zu sagen pflegt. Mann, war das ein Ausblick. Wir verbrachten fast jede Minute, in der wir uns “zuhause” aufhielten, auf dem Balkon. Da es sich um die Ostseite des Sees handelt, hatten wir jeden Abend einen sensationellen Blick auf den See, in dem sich untergehende Sonne widerspiegelte. Wir können dieses Appartement nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für dieses Erlebnis.

7. das Appartement entspricht exakt der Beschreibung wir haben es sehr sauber vorgefunden und die Abwicklung mit joe war super easy Schlüsselübergabe im Camin hotel, das auf dem Angahrtsweg liegt war problemlos und es gab noch viele Tipps dazu Handtücher und Bettwäsche ausreichend vorhanden und in guter Qualität Der Aufenthalt war ein Genuss und die Terasse mit Seeblick ein Träumchen besonders in der Abendsonne lädt sie zum sundowner ein Parkplatz vor der Tür ist ein besondere Bequemlichkeit und das Apartment ebenerdig zu erreichen Verbesserungsvorschläge Das Appartement Ist für 2 Personen perfekt Für 4 Personen wie in der Beschreibung ausgelegt, müsste die Schlafcouch dringend ausgetauscht werden Sie ist lediglich eine Notlösung Bei einer Körpergröße von 1.70m reicht die Länge nicht aus und bei 50 kg Körpergewicht spürt man jede Feder, die Matratze ist zu dünn. Die Couch als Bett zu unbequem Die eigene Müllentsorgung am Ende des Aufenthalts in das 10 min entfernte Restaurant montesole in entgegengesetzter Richtung zum camino hotel wo die Schlüsselübergabe wieder statt findet sollte für 117€ endreinigung besser geregelt sein ! Entweder abzugeben bei Schlüsselübergabe beim camino hotel oder in der Wohnung lassen in entsprechend gekennzeichneten entsorgungsbehälter wie vom ital Gesetz verlangt, sollte am Ende vom Reinigungspersonal entsorgt werden Das wäre unser Lösungsvorschlag.

8. Nous avons passés une semaine délicieuse dans ce très bel appartement, bien aménagé, magnifiquement décoré et très propre. La vue de la grande terrasse est à couper le souffle. Cet appartement est idéalement situé et l’environnement est calme et paisible.De plus, nous avons eu une semaine particulièrement ensoleillée ! Que du bonheur…. Nous recommandons l’appartement, le quartier, le Lac Majeur sans restriction aucune !

9. What a view! The photos are great, but nothing can prepare you for walking into this apartment the first time and seeing the amazing view across Lake Maggiore. We had wonderful breezes and the area is so quiet that we could hear water lapping on the lake, even though you are a long way above it. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. You will find everything you need, the wifi is strong, and while there are neighbours in the building, the space is very private and everyone is very courteous. You definitely need a car if you are going to enjoy the whole area (and the driveway is steep but manageable). Gorgeous little restaurant in the nearby mountaintop village, and lots of other information in the book in the apartment. Communication with Jo was very easy and we would definitely stay here again, in fact I can’t wait to walk back in and see that view!

10. Excellent service from start to finish, booking to arrival and apartment. Excellent apartment, fantastic location. Balcony views incredible. (Odd request , please update recycle info and make clear the location of the public rubbish area close to the lake). Everything else was just spot on. We will return.

14. Very responsive and informative communication throughout the booking process. You felt as though you were being treated as an individual and all queries were answered promptly. The accommodation was everything we hoped it would be. The views from the large balcony were outstanding and we loved watching the sunsets over Lake Maggiore. Well located for day trips around the area, close to a Carrefour, good parking on site etc. Our only slight disappointment was that the kitchen area was quite small. We would definitely stay there again!

15. This apartment is first class in every way and it was a delight to stay here. Its a lovely base and also in a great location close to Luino and the ferries, no need for much driving. Your website is good, booking was easy, you provided good directions and property instructions promptly and all worked well – a bit of fumbling in the dark to find the gate but we managed! Perhaps I should add being on the east side of the lake you get all the afternoon/evening sun.

17. It was wonderful to open the shutters in the morning and from the bedroom have a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains beyond. The lake shore was very easily accessible either by foot or car. We enjoyed all the local area greatly from days swimming in the lake to paddling in the sparkling water of the rivers. The locality offered great food, excellent wines and of course ice creams. Thank you for organising this excellent holiday destination. I do not think it will 25 years before we return again .

18. There was everything we needed there and we had a very relaxing week. Picking up/dropping off the keys was simple and quick and both the directions which you sent plus the information left in the apartment were invaluable. It might be worth mentioning that the set of keys we were given didn’t have a remote control for the barrier. We had to use the key, which was fine but thought you might want to know that the remote wasn’t there. Thank you for your help and for enabling us to have such a great time.

19. We had a lovely time thanks very much. The apartment & terrace were great & the view was fabulous. You are right the weather was very hot, air conditioning would have been nice! Your information guide was very informative & useful. Only thing we couldn’t get wifi to connect on 3 devices so we weren’t able to look up at lot of websites you had suggested in the information guide. Overall we had a lovely time. 20. This weekend we returned from Italy and yes, we enjoyed our stay in Sopra il Lago very much. The views from there over the lake were absolutely splendid and the description of the property was no exaggeration! We had some days with much rain but even this did not diminish our pleasure, since in this way we could observe real wonders of nature.

21. We arrived in the pouring rain but the weather soon picked up so that we could enjoy the amazing balcony and views across the lake. It is definitely a place to chill out as the sun sets…. The facilities were perfect for our needs and the kitchen facilities / utensils very useful for us to cook and eat in. I am struggling to find any negatives! Perhaps though a blanket for the cooler evenings would be useful for guests. We would definitely recommend friends to stay here as it is a little gem.

23. We had a very enjoyable holiday and the property is of a high standard, as good as the pictures which can sometimes be misleading! The bed was very comfortable too and the apartment was very well equipped and beautifully clean. Key collection / drop off arrangements were easy too. And your directions excellent. Overall we were very impressed with Bookings For You and would certainly recommend you to friends as a good place to look for a holiday in Italy. Your website is excellent and we have been very pleased with the personal service you provide.

24. The villa was spotlessly clean, beautifully equipped and very spacious too! Great views across lake Maggiore and free all-day parking on the shore in Luino quite near the passenger ferry terminal. The Weekly Market in Luino was fantastic, especially for finding specialty local foods and handcrafts.

25. I had a fantastic time thank you very much, the apartment was exactly what I was looking for, so myself and my partner were very pleased….\nAll together it was an awesome trip and a perfect way to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday.
