The Space

As you enter Villa Pistoia, you come into a spacious hallway, which leads to plenty of sociable living areas. These include small living rooms with cosy reading corners as well as a larger living space where sofas and armchairs are arranged around a central fireplace. Pianists will be able to enjoy the piano in one of the living areas, whilst budding chefs will appreciate the large wood-burning oven complete with marble counter which sits adjacent to the dining area. There is also a well equipped kitchen with a central island and both a gas and induction hob. The kitchen is also equipped with an oven, microwave, two dishwashers, two fridges, an espresso machine and a deli slicing machine.

There are eight bedrooms in total. Six of these have kingsize beds whilst the remaining two bedrooms are both furnished with two single beds. Seven of the bedrooms are in the main villa, whilst the eighth room is in an adjacent annex. All bedrooms have HD Smart TVs and are fully air conditioned.

The master bedroom is a stunning bedroom suite boasting two private bathrooms and enjoying garden views. The next two bedrooms have views over the swimming pool below. They are furnished with king-size four poster beds and have ensuite bathrooms. Two further bedrooms have views over the surrounding countryside. Again, these have king-sized four poster beds and ensuite bathrooms. There are then two more bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. Again, each boasts an ensuite bathroom.

The last bedroom is in an adjacent annex. This annex is laid out over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a cosy living area and private bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with four poster bed. The room enjoys incredible views that stretch from the Padule di Fucecchio to Mount Serra. It is the perfect option for grandparents or for guests who appreciate a little bit of extra privacy on holiday.

Villa Pistoia is a luxury villa in Tuscany that you will want to return to time and again. Whilst it has been equipped with all the mod cons guests could want, the owners have restored it beautifully ensuring that they kept many original features such as terracotta flooring and wooden beams. The colour scheme throughout is warm, using earthy tones in keeping with the Tuscany region.

Outside, there is a beautiful infinity swimming pool enjoying breathtaking views, open from June to September. Plenty of sun loungers are arranged on the terrace around the pool whilst a shaded portico has a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. The outdoor jacuzzi is perfect to enjoy as the sun sets. An outdoor bar area is the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink or cocktail. Immaculate gardens are planted with olive trees, roses, rosemary, thyme and citrus trees, adding a wonderful aroma to the outside space.

Villa Pistoia also boasts a fantastic wellness area situated just a few steps from the pool. Here, a private gym is flooded with natural light allowing you to exercise whilst enjoying the wonderful views. The gym has three treadmills, an exercise bike, punching bag and weightlifting machine. There is also a Turkish bath in the wellness area, allowing guests to enjoy complete relaxation.

Please note that we can provide accommodation for two additional guests allowing the villa to sleep up to 18 in total. This would be on two sofa beds. There is an additional cost of 100 euros per person for this. Local taxes are 2 euros per person per day, payable locally in cash on arrival.
