The Space

Inside the main villa there is a refined living area. This is furnished with three comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV with Netflix and stereo system. Floor to ceiling windows make the most of the views of the rolling vineyards beyond as well as bathing the room in natural light. Arched doors lead from the room to an outdoor terrace, perfect for a quiet morning coffee, aperitivo or evening dinner. A fully equipped kitchen occupies the heart of this home. It will satisfy even the most serious of chefs. Modern appliances contrast with the charming fireplace that adds to the atmosphere of this room. The space is also ideal for those looking to enjoy a private cooking class. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs on the first floor, there are three luxurious bedroom suites. The first is furnished with a king-size bed (180 x 200cm) with high quality linens. Large wooden wardrobes, elegant lighting, air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan ensures a good nights sleep. An ensuite bathroom with spacious shower uses natural stone and marble, adding a touch of Tuscan rustic elegance. The second bedroom and bathroom suite is similarly furnished and equipped. The third suite is larger. In addition to the sleeping area, it also has a private lounge equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. This is ideal for either 2 children or 1 adult. Alternatively, a writing desk in this room makes the perfect study area for those needing to catch up on work during their stay. Or, the satellite TV creates a space to just relax and chill out. Its ensuite bathroom also boasts a lavish marble bath tub. All the bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito screens. Bathrobes are provided for guests along with a vanity set in each room.

The rest of the accommodation is arranged in separate cottages within the grounds.

The rooms in the first cottage are all arranged on the ground floor. Inside, there is fully equipped kitchenette as well as a cosy dining corner with a sofa bed. There is also a bedroom with kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom with large shower. Outside it has a private terrace. This is a great space for grandparents or for guests who are looking for a little extra privacy from the rest of the group. A desk in the living area means this can also work well as a writing retreat. This cottage can sleep 3 guests.

The second cottage is arranged over two levels. It enjoys the most stunning views over the estate, over the valley and the swimming pool. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom. Stairs lead to a lower level where there is a bathroom with jacuzzi along with a living area complete with wine bar corner, comfortable armchairs an a dedicated gym and yoga space. Again, it has its own private terrace. This cottage can sleep 2 guests.

This villa in Montepulciano is set within gardens of over 3000 square metres. The immaculately presented gardens include an extensive vegetable garden. Guests are welcome to help themselves to any fresh produce, along with any ripe fruit from the many trees. Roses bring plenty of colour to the gardens too.

The outdoor terrace is perfect for a quiet morning coffee, aperitivo or evening dinner. This is covered by a rustic pergola adorned with climbing shrubs. A large outdoor dining table here seats up to 14 guests.

There is a private infinity pool measuring 12 x 6 metres and with a depth of 1.35 to 1.75 metres. This is positioned to make the most of the views over the surrounding vines. For those that enjoy dining al fresco, there are two BBQs for guests to use. One is a traditional fireplace for those who like to cook over wood. The other is gas powered for easy grilling.
